OUR ORIGIN
MASDEVAN, is drawn from the Italian, Maris Stella D'Evangelizzazione—meaning "Mary, the Star of Evangelization." It serves as our guiding star, reflecting our foundational commitment to serving our community with faith and purpose.
OUR FOUNDATION
Concieved in 2009 by Rev Fr, Sebastian Anokwulu. Who was inspired by his desire to contribute in providing food Security and human empowerment through agriculture , With the Co- operation of His Excellency Most Rev Dr. P. C Ezeokafor, the Catholic Bishop of Awka. What started as a visionary response to community needs has since blossomed into a thriving agricultural enterprise.
OUR EVOLUTION & INTEGRATED SYSTEM
We commenced operations with a dedicated palm oil processing department. Building on this strong foundation and driven by our commitment to holistic development, we significantly expanded in 2014. This strategic growth established Masdevan as a fully integrated farming system, incorporating:

OUR MISSION: FAITH IN ACTION
Masdevan Farms is more than an agricultural enterprise; it is a mission of outreach for the Catholic Diocese of Awka. We provide a concrete platform to actively live out the Church's social teachings.
